By using the services provided by IDA LIMITED C101392 (referred to as "IDASERVER") and/or the IDASERVER website (https://idaserver.net), you agree to all the terms outlined in this agreement. IDASERVER, along with the creators of any content on this site, its employees, and any individuals or organizations authorized by IDASERVER, bear no legal or criminal liability for any claims related to material or immaterial damages resulting from your failure to read or comply with these terms.

IDASERVER reserves the right to update and modify this agreement at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

All information, statistical data, and values provided on the IDASERVER website are compiled from sources deemed reliable under general practices. However, IDASERVER does not guarantee their accuracy or sufficiency. IDASERVER holds no personal, legal, or criminal liability for any direct or indirect material or immaterial damages, including potential losses or expenses, that may result from the use of the information, evaluations, comments, statistical data, and values found on the IDASERVER website.

By obtaining services from IDASERVER, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the warnings and statements in this agreement. In the event of any disputes, claims, or demands, it is declared by IDASERVER that the statements on this webpage, along with all other computer records owned by IDASERVER, will be presented as the sole and exclusive evidence, and this is accepted and committed by the person(s) or organization(s) accessing the IDASERVER website.

1.) Orders and Service Delivery

Once your order passes fraud checks and payment is received, your account will be set up, and your information will be sent to you. For payments made by credit card or PayPal, domain name, web hosting, and reseller hosting accounts are set up automatically, but in the event of any issues, the setup process may take up to 48 hours. For payments made via bank transfer or postal order to our bank accounts, the setup time is set at a maximum of 2 business days. For VDS and dedicated server services, unless otherwise stated, the setup time is 48 hours. The delivery time for software and licensing services, unless otherwise specified in writing or verbally, is a maximum of 1 week. If delivery is not completed within the specified time, IDASERVER is obligated to refund your payment upon request.

It is your responsibility to provide an actively used, functional email address when placing an order. This email address will be used in the event of any non-compliance or if we need to contact you. It is also your responsibility to keep your email address updated and check it regularly. Any emails sent to you will be considered delivered. IDASERVER assumes no legal or criminal liability for any damages or losses that may occur if the emails do not reach you or if you do not read them.

All information you provide on the forms during order placement or registration must be accurate and complete. In cases where orders are canceled due to incorrect information, IDASERVER reserves the right to withhold full or partial refunds.

For security reasons, IDASERVER may request a photocopy/scan of your credit card or a copy/scan of your ID if deemed necessary. If these are not provided, your order may be canceled and treated as fraudulent, or the service(s) you have received may be suspended. In cases where accounts are suspended due to fraud, IDASERVER reserves the right to withhold full or partial refunds.

Website Migration
For services where website migration is guaranteed, IDASERVER will make every effort to transfer your site to its servers. However, since website migration is an uncertain process, IDASERVER does not guarantee that your site will be successfully migrated or how long the migration will take. Each hosting provider has a different configuration, and some may not meet the necessary conditions for migration. As a result, it may sometimes be difficult or even impossible to transfer your site correctly, completely, or without errors. Your site may be transferred with errors or may not be transferred at all. IDASERVER assumes no legal or criminal liability for any damages that may result from this situation.

2.) Content

All services provided by IDASERVER are governed by the laws of MALTA.

By using the services provided by IDASERVER , you cannot impose any legal liability on IDASERVER . You are solely responsible for all legal consequences of any actions you take while using the services.

It is prohibited to violate any copyright or trademark laws when using our services. This includes the unauthorized use of music, books, photos, or other copyrighted materials. Additionally, hosting pornographic/erotic content or content that can be used for hacking is illegal. Hosting copyrighted/trademarked material or pornographic/erotic content will result in the immediate termination of the service(s) you have purchased. If content that violates copyright/trademark laws or can be used for hacking is detected, it will be deleted, or access to it will be blocked. In case of repeated violations, the service may be suspended or terminated. If you believe such content is being hosted using IDASERVER services, you can report it by emailing [email protected]. IDASERVER may request additional information/documents from you regarding your complaint.

In cases of complaints about illegal activities conducted using IDASERVER's services, if IDASERVER is unable to verify the reason for the complaint or determine whether the activity constitutes a crime, the service may not be terminated. IDASERVER does not have the legal authority to make such decisions. In such cases, you must pursue your legal rights against the person responsible for the activity. IDASERVER assumes no legal or criminal liability for any damages or losses that may result from such situations.

All services provided by IDASERVER are for your authorized use only. If you access any content, files, or services that you are not authorized to use, it is your responsibility to notify IDASERVER without using them. Otherwise, you will be responsible for compensating any material or immaterial damages that may arise.

IDASERVER may monitor site content and/or any access for legal reasons, system management, unauthorized access detection, security verification, and/or operational safety. During monitoring, content/information may be tested, recorded, copied, or used for the purposes outlined above. IDASERVER will not use or share your content for any other purposes.

IDASERVER reserves the right to provide or deny services to anyone. It also has the right to delete or block access to any content on its servers that is in violation of the agreement, provocative, divisive, illegal, or deemed inappropriate, with or without notice. Any illegal content will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Uploading virus-infected content or harmful scripts like shell scripts to IDASERVER 's servers may result in the termination of your account without a refund. You are responsible for covering all material or immaterial damages caused to IDASERVER and/or other users through these actions. Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.

You are responsible for ensuring that any software/scripts/programs you upload to your account and the permissions granted to directories are secure and correct. Users are responsible for all actions taken in their accounts, including the security of their usernames and passwords. You should use a secure and unpredictable password for your accounts. You are also responsible for any harmful software uploaded to our servers through your account. IDASERVER reserves the right to terminate your services, with or without partial refunds, if necessary. IDASERVER accepts no legal or criminal liability for any material or immaterial damages that may arise from this. You are also responsible for compensating any material or immaterial damages caused to IDASERVER and/or other users through your account.

IDASERVER reserves the right to request modifications to any website, database, account, or other materials/services you use.
